A: This is when our complimentary one hour consultation will come in handy. We can schedule an hour of consultation to talk about the event that you want us to plan. We can then make preliminary suggestions to cater to your wants and needs. Then we will develop a proposal including an estimate cost for you to accept or decline.

A: We are very versatile. If you have an event, we are here to plan it - whatever that event may be. Our versatility ranges from Corporate to Entertainment to Weddings. We are willing to be involved 100% including the day of coordination, outsourcing venues and vendors, printing invitations and thank you cards, Bridal Showers, and we will even help the Maid of Honor throw the most unforgettable bachelorette party for the Bride. Our company was built on the belief that anything can be done with proper preparation. We also know from experience how time consuming it is to plan an event. The planning process is not designed for everyone that is why you have us to lean on for all your planning needs!

A: Great question! It was the 2008 Murder Mystery Dinner Party. It has been one of the most unique events we have planned. The client did not want to buy a very expensive murder mystery kit and wanted the characters to be relatable in the world of modern entertainment business. Our team wrote a unique murder mystery game featuring characters like: Tyra Banks, Kimora Lee Simmons, T.I., Flava Flave, Bob Marley, Jennifer Hudson, and more. It was a great success and all of the guests had the time of their lives.

A: The Maid of Honor has a lot on her hands. Most of the time, we understand that the Maid of Honor is not made to do all the planning. Even if the Bride is our client, we can confidentially meet with the Maid of Honor to plan the Bachelorette Party. Our team has planned a very successful Bachelorette Party in Las Vegas. The client was very pleased as Events in the City arranged all of the agenda for the Bachelorette weekend. From night clubs, to renting a limousine, to places to eat, Events in the City exceeded the client's expectations.
