Preliminary Consultation:

This service is completely complimentary. Our staff will schedule a preliminary consultation with the Bride and Groom allowing us the opportunity to better understand the vision of your wedding. We’ll evaluate and understand your needs, wants, and desires while providing you with the tools needed to see your vision come to life.

Our Packages

Pre-Wedding Planning:

Our pre-wedding planning guide will allow you the opportunity to see every detail needed for the wedding of your dreams.  We will focus on the particulars of your vision and provide you with a personalized checklist to get you started in the right direction.

This package includes:

•  Preliminary consultation.

•  Customized checklist starting from the announcement of your engagement.

•  Personalized calendar to maintain appointments and important dates.

•  An outlined budget with guidelines and limitations pertaining to all the particulars of your ceremony and reception.

•  Researched suggestions on the most cost efficient ideas on the development of your wedding (i.e. style, theme, and décor).

•  Three (3) to five (5) recommendations for vendor and venue options.
•  Folder including a planning materials guide to support your style, theme, decor, and budget.

   

Day of Coordinating:

This package is for Brides and Grooms who are able to organize and plan their special day on their own. Our staff will coordinate, organize, and execute every aspect on the “day of” while you celebrate with friends and family. 

This package includes:

• Preliminary consultation.

• Two (2) to three (3) meetings prior to “day of.”

• Overview and outline of “day of” events (provided by the Bride and Groom).

• Management for “day of” (ceremony and reception).

• Point of contact for all vendors.

• Supervise all arrangements made between the Bride and Groom and vendors.

• Ensures all payments are made on behalf of Bride and Groom.

• Facilitates all aspects of wedding and ceremony set-up and take down.

• Organize and execute all programs and events outlined for ceremony and reception.

• Handle any emergencies that arise.

Full Planning Services:

Our full planning package will give you everything you’ll need to know from A to Z on the particulars of your wedding.  We will also provide all the support you’ll need every step of the way and work only in the best interest of the Bride, Groom, and budget.

This package includes:

• Preliminary consultation. Asking all the questions to ensure we are making your vision come to life.

• Pre-wedding planning guide and personalized checklist.

• Personalized budget from engagement to honeymoon.

• "Day-of” coordination and execution.
• Around the clock consultation services.

• Planning, organizing, and finalizing of timeline for wedding and ceremony.

• Researched vendor and venues options until selections are made.

• Venue site tours with Bride and Groom for the ceremony, reception, and any additional events selected.

• Optional negotiation of all contracts.

• Point of contact for all vendors.

• Confirmations for all finalized vendors, catering, floral arrangements, videographer, final payments, etc.

• Facilitate all communication to any party per Bride and Groom request.

• Assistance with bridal parties, dinner rehearsals, bachelor and bachelorette parties.

• Handle any emergencies that arise. 

Customized Services:

Our customized package allows the Bride and Groom to pick and choose the services needed for their special day.  This option gives you the opportunity to pick and choose from any items listed in the above packages or negotiate services that you outline.  In addition, we will schedule a preliminary consultation to ensure you receive all the information and resources needed to plan your wedding to perfection.
